Fitness Center
Think of the Fitness Center as the core of StrengthEdge. This is where you create and organize your Programs, Workouts and Exercises.
Your Fitness Center is divided into three sections:
- myPrograms
- Build a Program from scratch or copy and customize an existing Program by clicking 'Build a Program'
- Edit a Program by clicking its name
- myWorkouts
- Build a Workout from scratch or copy and customize an existing Workout by clicking 'Build a Workout'
- Edit a Workout by clicking its name
- myExercises
- Add a custom Exercise by clicking 'Add an Exercise'
- Edit an Exercise by clicking its name
