Add an Exercise

The Workout Builder's Exercise pane is automatically pre-populated with all the Exercises from the StrengthEdge Exercise Library. You can also add your own custom Exercises.

To add your own custom Exercise, click Add an Exercise under myExercises in the Fitness Center. Once in the Exercise Builder:

  1. Name the new Exercise
  2. Choose its category (strength, power, cardio or plyometrics)
  3. Choose muscle group (chest, triceps, back, biceps, shoulders, abs, quads, hamstrings, calves)
  4. Choose modality (barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, body wt, functional)
  5. Choose parameter (weight reps, reps, intensity, time & distance)

Save the Exercise. It will be updated in your list and ready to be added to your Workouts.
