Build a Program
A Program is a "large picture view," composed of a series of Workouts over a specific time period.
To build a new Program, click on 'Build a Program' under myPrograms in the Fitness Center.
Select from the option of starting from scratch or copying an existing Program. You can copy a Program you've already created, or copy one from one from our Program Library. Click "Next" after you've made your selection to move on to the Program Builder calendar. |
