Program Builder

The Program Builder calendar is organized into weeks, and each week is broken down into days. First, name your Program then choose the start date from the dropdown list at right. The calendar will re-adjust based on your start date. To build or edit your Programs, you'll fill in the days with your Workouts listed at left.

To fill in the calendar you:

  1. Select a Workout from the lefthand Workout pane
  2. Place the Workout in whichever days you choose by clicking "+ add" in that day
  3. Continue through the various Workouts in the same manner, adding them to each day in the calendar
  4. Add weeks to the calendar by clicking "+Add Week" at the bottom of the calendar
  5. Click 'Save Program' to add it to your list of Programs, or 'Save Program & Assign' to immediately assign a Client to the Program you just created

Delete weeks in a program by clicking the x next to the week's row. Delete Workouts from specific days by clicking the x under the Workout name.

Also on this screen you can:

  • Edit a selected Workout by clicking the workout once placed in the calendar
  • Build a new Workout which can then be added to the Program by clicking 'build a new workout' in the Workout pane. This will take you to the Workout Builder.
