Workout Builder

Workout Builder is organized with Exercises listed at left and the Workout at right. To build or edit your Workout, you will add Exercises then specify the required parameters for each Exercise.

There are a few ways to quickly find Exercises in the lefthand pane. The list of Exercises will automatically be narrowed down based on your search request:

    1. Click “Show only myExercises” to show only the custom exercises you've added
    2. Select a category, a muscle group and/or a modality
    3. Type a keyword in the keyword box

After you find the Exercise you are looking for, select it and click 'Add to Workout.'

To reorganize Exercises in the Workout, click the up or down arrow next to the Exercise. To remove an exercise click the x next to its name. You can add sets to each exercise by clicking 'Add Set' in the far right column of each exercise or delete sets by clicking the x next to the set in the top row.

Define your Parameters for the Workout, which are specific to strength, cardio, or plyometrics.

Name your Workout and click Save Workout, and it will automatically appear in the list under myWorkouts in the Fitness Center, and be ready to add to your Programs.
